* Note, disease control can many times be controlled through the correct mowing and watering practices, which we will provide. However if  a supplemental application is needed, under our regular program, a charge equal to your regular treatment price will be assessed.

* Sedge grass control can be achieved through supplemental applications not covered by our regular program. A charge for such treatments will be assessed at the time we apply control. Numerous applications maybe needed.

*Flea & tick control, our regular applications will usually control these pests, however some times due to the time of year and severity of the infestation supplemental applications maybe required for control,an additional charge will be assessed for these treatments.

Able Extra Lawn,Tree & Shrub Care Programs

*Our extra care programs have visits every month, 12 times yearly, for the utmost attention to your lawn and landscape.

*In addition to all the services of our regular Able Care Programs we also include sedge grass controls as needed, at no additional cost.

*Disease controls are included in the Exta care lawn program, if cultural practices are not an issue.

* Flea & Tick control at no additional cost.

* Palm and Citrus Care programs included at no additional cost.

* Sprinkler system tune-ups will also be done in the spring and fall, a $140.00 value, at no additional charge.

* Uncontrollable grasses also are not covered under our Able Care Programs. Crab, bermuda, crowfoot , & torpedo grasses are among some that are uncontrollable, these types would need to be sprayed with round-up and re-sodded. Able Lawn Spray! will advise you if your lawn has these problems. 

Able palm tree care program

* For palms over 6 foot tall, palm fertilizers, micro-nutrients plus insect and disease controls.

*Visits every 6-8 weeks, 6-7 times yearly.

* A hand written report on the conditions of your palms with any special care instructions.

Able citrus care program

* Citrus fertilizers, micro-nutrients, plus horticultural oils.

*Visits every 6-8 weeks, 6-7 times yearly.

* A hand written report on the conditions of your citrus with any special care instructions.

Able Perimeter Pest Control Program

* We apply a 3 foot band of insect controls around all buildings on your property. keeping bugs away from your home.

* Visits every 6-8 weeks, 6-7 times yearly.

* We give you a hand written report detailing anything else that maybe a contributing factor to insects getting into your home.

Able Total Vegetation Control Program

*Parking areas, sidewalks, fence lines, ornamental beds vegetation controls, we apply both a pre-emegence and post emergence herbicide to rid ares of unwanted vegetation and help prevent further infestation of areas. We do this service every 6- 8 weeks depending on the condition of the area being treated.
